Welcome to Spring Branch Park

Spring Branch is a 50-acre planned development adjacent to the new Johnston Memorial Hospital.  Lots will provide for up to 150,000 square feet of retail & commercial pads for fast food, restaurants,  hotel, pharmacy, bank,  assisted living facilities as well as medical and general  office buildings. The first medical office building will consist of approximately 30,000 SF over two floors.  Space in the first building will be for lease and in the second building for sale, thus serving the need for medical space in the vicinity of the new hospital.
