After completing the sitework Lundy is scheduled to begin vertical construction on the first medical office building in August.
We are currently wrapping up the design process and are looking to deliver the first medical office building in the spring of 2012. This will include the Phase 1 improvements as well as direct access to the hospital with a connector road.
The Lundy Group is the developer and listing agent for the approximately 30,000 square feet of space into a two-story medical office building. Parking will be designed to be at least 5 spaces per 1,000 square feet of space.
Current tenants include:
- University Sports & Orthopedic Medicine of Clayton 7,600 SF
- Activecare Physical Therapy 6,700 SF
- Raleigh Radiology/Pinnacle 3,850 SF
- Spine and Pain Center 3,200 SF
There is currently about 15,000 square feet of space available.
