The Spring Branch Retail & Medical Park is a retail and professional office park of approximately 500,000 gross square feet. The intent of the development is to serve the retail needs of the community as well as the growing trend for medical space adjacent to the new Johnston County Memorial.

The first medical building, home to six doctor’s offices, opened in June 2012.  Gabriel Manor, a 77-bed assisted living facility, opened in April 2013.  A nursing home is currently under construction.  The Park draws large numbers of people, both as employees and visitors, on a daily basis.

The site, accessed by a stop-lighted intersection, is comprised of one parcel totaling 51 acres near the intersection of Route 42 and the new Hwy. 70 Bypass.   This location provides for regional access via US 70 and I-40 so that you’re 15 minutes from downtown Raleigh and 30 minutes from RTP.
